Workshops

Reignite will teach contemporary string techniques including chopping, strum bowing, and improvising. This will inspire students to begin jamming with each other, and step outside the realm of classical music to include other genres of music they like to listen to. Tracy Silverman is a advocate of Reignite, and we will be using/teaching a lot of his techniques displayed in his new Strum Bowing book.

Another area Reignite will teach students is their stage presence during workshops. This includes working on performing while standing, moving, memorizing, and encouraging eye contact with each other as well as the audience during a performance.
